The European Commission has launched a call for proposals for organizing possible working sessions during these events. Thus, from Monday morning (April 24) until Wednesday morning (April 26), the program will allow for the organization of nine sessions, each of them in digital format and lasting 90 minutes.
The request for organizing such a session will have to contain a complete proposal with confirmed speakers, moderator(s), structured agenda, preferred time interval, etc. In the selection, priority will be given to proposals with a cross-cutting approach to EU macro-regional strategies and that encourage the replication of good practices in the four macro-regions of the EU.
Those interested in organizing a session have the possibility to submit an application on the dedicated website https://eumrsweek.regio-events.eu/stakeholders/ (password: EUMRSWEEK) until March 10, 2023.
